ZODIEX
We can't solve it. But we can file it.

A letter mailed to the Albany Times Union in New York on August 1, 1973, bore the crossed-circle return address and promised a killing on August 10. A three-line code was said to reveal the victim’s name and location; FBI cryptanalysts deciphered it as referencing “Albany Medical Center. This is only the beginning.” No murder matched the threat, and the handwriting was not a definitive match for the Zodiac Killer’s, making the authorship disputed. See Letters of suspicious authorship.
