Dave Toschi was a San Francisco Police Department detective on the Zodiac Killer case. In 1976 he was quoted saying the Zodiac killed at least six people and had “a personal boxscore of 37.” In 2010 he stated that the evidence against suspect Arthur Leigh Allen ultimately “turned out to be negative.”
